Designed to cultivate confidence, creativity, and a strong sense of self. The imagination is placed center stage as these kids develop thelr singing, dancing, and acting skills.

Designed to allow the tween-ager to express themselves while developing their inner talents. Supporting good communication skills and allowing these kids to connect with their emotions is a high priority in these classes. Role exploration, vocal and dance technique make up the structure of the class.

This class works to further develop their triple threat technique as they prepare to audition for school and community musicals, as well as the Citadel Musical in June.

Musical Theatre Performance Classes
Classes geared specifically toward performances.
Session One: October 26th-December 5th
Performance: The Citadel Cabaret in the Oak Room at the Citadel December 5th 6:30 pm
Session Two: January 4-March 20
Performance: MUSICAL PRODUCTION TBA March 15-20
1) Register for the class time that works best for you. You MUST register by September 14th. Once enrollment closes, the faculty members will work together with the students on casting. Casting may include solo material, duets, or small ensembles.
2) You will be assigned three faculty members who will work with you to prepare material for the Cabaret performance in the Oak Room on December 5th.
3) Your faculty members (vocal teacher, acting teacher, and choreographer) will each meet with you twice during your session.

Our Musical Season
This new addition to our season kicks off this January and is geared toward the “tweenagers”. The show announcement is coming soon, and registration will open with the announcement.
Rehearsals will take place during the Musical Theatre Performance classes. Cast members may need to be enrolled in both classes.

The Teen production is open to students ages 14+ and runs thru May and June.
The majority of the rehearsals take place in June on an intensive schedule Monday-Thursday evenings from 5:00-9:00.
Performance week runs June 22-28

The Summer Junior Production is open to students ages 7-13.
This is a summer intensive that runs for two weeks. Students attend Monday-Friday from 9:00-2:00 with shows running Friday night, Saturday afternoon, and Saturday evening of the second week.
