    Families will explore how sound exploration, listening activities, and dances help babies communicate, stimulate eye-tracking skills, and learn to move and coordinate new muscles. Our Foundations/Village classes offer a sensory-rich yet caring and gentle environment where babies can explore and react to new sounds, sensations, and objects.

  • Kindermusik Wiggle and Grow

    Ready to introduce your toddler to the power of music and enhance your connection with one another? We can help you take the first step. Kindermusik Wiggle & Grow/Sing & Play/Laugh & Learn are music-and-movement-activity sequences that are engaging, research-based, child centered, developmentally appropriate, and carefully and creatively designed to set the stage for optimal, multi sensory learning. Each lesson will tap to multiple areas of development, while also inviting every child every ability and every learning style not only to participate, but to thrive. Home materials included.

Policies and Information

  • Home materials included in all fees

    Classes may be cancelled if there is not minimum enrollment.

    Parents (or a responsible adult) are required to participate with children under 5

    All Kindermusik classes taught by Lisa Dove

  • Levels 1 and 3 will be offered in the Fall

    Levels 2 and 4 will be offered in the Spring

    Classes are cumulative. Students must complete each level before advancing to the next.

    Young child classes serve as a prerequisite to private music lessons. Students learn to read music and play basic rhythms on their own glockenspiel, as well as develop music fundamentals through hands on activities in a small group setting.

    Level 2
    Kindermusik Musicians is a pressure-free, small-group class where students can develop a

    strong musical foundation by learning the concepts, language, notation, and vocabulary of music and

    its greatest composers. Geared for younger children who are eager for the first experiences with

    musical symbols and instrument discovery, but are not yet ready for formal lessons and traditional

    music reading with the instrument. Home materials included.

    Level 4
    A lot of first experiences with musical concepts. A Kindermusik Level 4 class focuses on basic musical symbols, complex instruments, and more in-depth movement games. Children begin to master new music terms and concepts, and ready themselves for elementary math, reading, and writing.
